What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the naturalist guide. Their in-depth knowledge of the islands’ ecosystems and wildlife brought every excursion to life. I gained a deeper appreciation for the unique environment of the Galapagos, as well as the conservation efforts in place to protect it.
