Paris in Spring

Get to know both the well-known and little-known corners of Paris on this week-long exploration consisting of guided visits to art museums, neighbourhood walks, and fine dining from the base of our centrally located four-star hotel.

While visiting renowned museums like Musée Marmottan Monet and the Château of Versailles, enjoy a choice selection of smaller museums. There’s a marvelous collection of 19th-century French paintings in the glamourous Beaux-Arts-style Petit Palais. See the works of Eugène Delacroix at the little gem of a museum housed in the artist’s final apartment and studio. View Picasso’s masterpieces from his personal collection exhibited at the Musée National Picasso-Paris.

Between visits, our resident Paris guide, Lisa Pasold, host of the Discovery Channel’s Paris: Next Stop (2007 – 2013), leads three neighbourhood walks designed to introduce you to the charming arrondissements of the various museums.

Our base for the week is a lovely four-star hotel between St. Germain des Prés and Montparnasse, close to the Luxembourg Gardens and two metro stations. Dine at favourite neighbourhood bistros and brasseries.
