Join renowned chef Vikram Vij on a culinary journey to Peru, home of epic fusion cuisine. Chef Vikram hosts tastings and meals from street corner fondas to top restaurants; boisterous meals where the chefs step out from the kitchen to share their inspiration and their secrets.

Together with local foodies, he’ll lead explorations in markets and connect us with cooks and food producers blending indigenous traditions have blended with Spanish, African, Chinese, and Japanese influences to create a truly dynamic food culture. We’ll meet pisco mixologists, wine makers, and artisans across this remarkable landscape. We are hosted by chefs passionate about hyper-local cuisine to taste the nation’s kaleidoscopic culinary traditions.

From Lima, the gastronomic capital of Latin America, our tour takes in Peru’s most fascinating sites including the Inca jewel of Cusco and the iconic site of Machu Picchu. Enjoy accommodation in three beautiful locations selected for charm, comfort, and those views!
