Vancouver-based Paula Mohammed is the founder of In My Kitchen, the host of the “In My Kitchen with Paula” podcast and a Member of Les Dames d’Escoffier.  In My Kitchen is a company that helps curious travelers create a deeper connection to the people and places they visit by exploring culture through food. She believes that cooking and travel help us flourish as individuals and with each other. Paula offers practical tips and inspiration through her podcast, cooking workshops, and In My Kitchen Signature Talk. In My Kitchen has been featured on CBC radio, Global News Television, BC Living magazine and more. She grew up with a rich diversity of cultural influences from Pakistan, Japan, Italy, and New Zealand. These different traditions, recipes, and stories mingled together to create meals that were fun and memorable and inspired a love of travel and cooking.
