Daniel Lamy
Daniel is retired from a successful career which included roles of
Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director, with Hilton International
and the Starwood Group of Hotels. His business travels took him to many
locations throughout the USA , Canada and Internationally. Working in
hospitality allowed Daniel to follow his passions of ethnic cooking,
international cultures and ancient history. Daniel is always willing to
share his years of culinary knowledge and expertise, to enhance the Tour
experience.
