Graham Sorenson
Graham Sorenson grew up in Vermont, USA spending lots of time in nature and
continued to develop his interest in and love for the natural world
through his undergraduate studies, years as a field biologist, and
Master's degree at the University of Windsor, Ontario. His passion for
birds took off during undergrad when he was a field research assistant
on Kent Island, just south of Grand Manan. After years working as a bird
biologist throughout Canada, Graham has settled in New Brunswick, where he was recently promoted to Science in the North Project Manager with Birds Canada, now focusing on the conservation of Boreal and Arctic birds and habitats.
Graham loves to travel, both locally and internationally, most recently to Costa Rica, Colombia, England, and birding trips in the United States. An avid hiker and backpacker, Graham is always spending his free time birding, watching for mammals, and learning about plants.
