It has been said that it could take a lifetime to explore all corners of our very own country what with its vast scale and diversity of landscapes. It is these factors that make it so challenging to define what exactly the definitive Canadian experience is. It could be exploring the Hudson Bay coast where Polar Bears abound. Perhaps it is the rolling tundra of the Yukon basking in the midnight sun; the wheat fields of Saskatchewan where Sandhill and Whooping Cranes graze; the alpine meadows of Alberta; or the rugged coast of Western Newfoundland, including the ancient Viking landing site of L’Anse-Aux-Meadows. Even close to our offices in a restored three-story house in downtown Toronto is Canada’s southernmost location at Point Pelee where the annual migration of birds brings north species from some of Quest’s tropical destinations in Central and South America.
