Dolph Schluter

Dolph Schluter, FRS, FRSC is a professor of Evolutionary Biology and a Canada Research Chair in the Department of Zoology at the University of British Columbia. Dolph’s early research was done on the evolutionary ecology and morphology of the famous ‘Darwin’s Finches’, with extensive periods of research in the Galapagos. Dolph’s work was cited in the Pulitzer Prize-winning The Beak of the Finch, a popular non-fiction work that detailed the discovery that evolution by natural selection is still taking place.
