Your Tour Leaders
Larry Beasley, CM is an internationally known urban planner. Formerly Chief Planner for the City of Vancouver, he is largely credited with the transformation of its downtown core along New Urbanism lines, known as Vancouverism or "The Vancouver Model". His two books, “Ecodesign for Cities and Suburbs” (Island Press) and “Vancouverism” (UBC Press) are excellent references in anticipation of the tour. Larry's partner, Sandy Logan is the Principal Associate of Beasley & Associates and will also be joining us on tour.
Sandy Logan is the Principal Associate of Beasley & Associates. He is a Senior Project Manager with expertise in human and health services, community planning, and organizational change and development. For the past several years he has worked internationally on large urban design and urban planning projects as well as coaching local real estate giants, Rennie Real Estate and Oakwyn.
