Srebrenka Bogovic

Srebrenka Bogovic is an art restorer and conservator. She obtained her PhD in Art History from the University of Toronto and completed post-graduate studies in Art Conservation at Queen’s University. Srebrenka was Adjunct Professor in Art History (retired) at York University and is the principal of In Restauro, a fine art conservation studio in Toronto. She has been guest lecturer at ROM and AGO, has participated in numerous international conferences and has served as consultant and restorer at Sotheby’s Canada and The Institute for Conservation and Restoration in Zagreb. Srebrenka has worked extensively on art conservation projects in her native Croatia, as well as throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. She is fluent in Croatian, English and Italian, with a working knowledge of German and French.
