Good to Know
Average fitness suffices for our Antarctic expedition cruises. You’ll need to walk short distances on uneven, rocky terrain, climb stairs, and manage moderate activity during optional hikes, but landings are never compulsory, and crew assist with balance. Kayaking is an option, and all can participate in Zodiac cruises and lectures.
