Chris Earley
Naturalist
A long-time fixture at the University of Guelph, Chris Earley has been the Arboretum’s Interpretive Biologist and Education Coordinator for over 20 years. A self-proclaimed “nature geek,” he is a passionate educator, teaching a variety of bird, insect, and art workshops at the Arboretum as well as designing signage and literature and leading tours. He also presents a variety of special lectures and labs for undergraduate and graduate classes. Chris is a veteran Quest leader and has led highly successful tours all over the globe, including to parts of Central and South America. During graduate school, Chris visited Peru to compare beetle diversity between tropical and temperate forests.
