Tour Leader Reid Flock recently hosted a webinar about this tour! Click here to watch it (43 mins.)

In November 2018, we have planned journey that will take you on an immersion unlike any other travel you have done before. Let me introduce autumn elements of Japan to your senses. Reverberating in the middle of autumn, we will set our path towards Castles, Gardens, and Pottery that will not disappoint.

Settle into the cultural landscape beginning with two days in Nikko, enshrining the glories of the Edo period, followed by a visits to important ceramic museums and galleries in Kasama and Tokyo. A very special feature of this journey is a day spent walking the Nakasendo Trail, one of Japan’s ancient highways through rural countryside and picturesque old post towns. Five days in Kyoto allows for an immersive experience in the cultural heart of the country.

After nine years in Japan, I developed an enriched sense of self. Please join me on this exclusive tour as we venture to explore Japan in autumn 2018.
