Ninh Binh is Vietnam’s ‘Halong Bay on Land’, a magical landscape of limestone karsts, winding waterways, vast rice fields, and hidden temples. The Mekong Delta in the far south of the country is a water world of floating villages and markets along canals and rivers that criss-cross the landscape. Both these areas take us into a quieter, authentic part of the country that Geoff is particularly enthusiastic about.

Experience historic Hanoi with its peaceful temples and pagodas and remnants of its French-colonial past. Delight in three relaxing days in the charming historical town of Hoi An, marvelling at the exceptionally well-preserved architecture and travelling into the countryside to explore the ancient ruins of the 4th century Cham empire. Conclude in bustling Saigon with an optional extension to Siem Reap and the wonders of Angkor Wat.
