Deposit and Final Payment

A non-refundable deposit of C$1000 per person is required to reserve a space on this tour. A second non-refundable payment of C$2000 per person plus charter airfare is required by December 1, 2012. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. All payments are non-refundable.

Tour cost includes:

  • Ship accommodations, as selected, in double occupancy
  • 1 night hotel accommodation in Edmonton based on double occupancy (pre-expedition)
  • Dinner in Edmonton
  • Port dues and taxes
  • On-board presentations
  • A full program of activities
  • All meals on board ship
  • Roundtrip group transfers (hotel/airport/ship)

Tour Cost does not include:

  • Charter flights Edmonton-Cambridge Bay and Kangerlussuaq-Ottawa (approx. C$1850)

Forms and Insurance

Once you have booked your voyage, you will be asked to complete a Booking Form, a Personal Information Form, a Medical Information Form and a Ticket Contract.  Cancellation and interruption insurance as well as out of province medical insurance which includes emergency evacuation insurance is mandatory.
