Gail Hall

Gail Hall is a chef, educator, writer and food explorer, to date hosting 20 culinary tours internationally and in Canada. “Once you understand the importance of a country’s food culture, all other aspects of history and culture fall into place.” Gail’s tours always include markets, great restaurants, cooking classes, farm and producer visits as well as elements of the area’s art and history.

Gail is volunteer on the Board of Theatre Network, is a judge for Gold Medal Plates, is a former president of Cuisine Canada and a judge for the Grand Prix Cheese of Dairy Farmers of Canada.
